watch out for serviced apartments. Make sure you have the option of owner occupier as well otherwise you have a limited market at sale time.Might look good on paper CF+ for a few years but when if you need to sell you need to be able to offer all options to purchaser.
As well as Strata fees (often called admin fees) , there are also sinking fund fees (may be called maintenance fees) and the latter can be very high. I have an apartment in city and a couple of years ago owners had to pay out over $250K for new lifts. Ouch!
